The problem

Getting a Shopify store from idea to something a customer can actually shop is a slow, manual process — theme setup, product structure, copy, layout decisions — even before a merchant has proven the idea is worth building. That upfront friction is exactly what stops a lot of good ideas from ever launching.

What I built

AI Store Builder takes a merchant from a raw idea to a ready-to-launch Shopify store. I worked across the full product — the AI generation workflow that turns a description into a working store, the Shopify integration underneath it, the merchant-facing experience, and the full-stack implementation tying it together. The goal throughout was to keep the AI output usable and editable, not a black box a merchant has to accept as-is.
