What this covers

Startstorez Apps is a team-built portfolio of merchant-focused Shopify applications, not a single product. My work across it spanned the full lifecycle for multiple apps at once — product ideation, architecture, development, Shopify integrations, deployment, and scaling, plus the ongoing product experience decisions that come after an app actually ships to merchants.

Why it's structured this way

Building several apps in parallel under one team means the underlying architecture has to hold up across different merchant use cases without each app becoming its own one-off system. That consistency — shared patterns for Shopify integration, data handling, and deployment — is what let the team ship multiple apps rather than just one.
